SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The parties declare that they are aware of and accept their obligations and responsibilities arising from the Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts within the scope of this agreement.

The subject of this Agreement is the electronic order placed by the Buyer for the purchase of goods or services belonging to the Seller from the website www.gazelli.com.tr, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods or services with the characteristics specified in the Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BASIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT (INCLUDING VAT)
The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS AND METHOD OF DELIVERY
The Agreement comes into effect as soon as it is approved electronically by the Buyer and is fulfilled with the delivery of the goods or services purchased by the Buyer from the Seller to the Buyer. The goods will be delivered to the address specified in the Buyer’s order form and to the specified authorized person(s).

DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery costs of the goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. However, if otherwise stated on www.gazelli.com.tr, the delivery costs will be borne by the Seller.

The delivery of the goods or services subject to the order will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order by the Buyer.

If for any reason the payment for the goods or services is not made by the Buyer or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the Seller shall be deemed released from the obligation to deliver the goods or services.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery for transactions related to the sale of goods, and from the date of purchase for transactions related to the sale of services.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email at info@gazelli.com.tr.

The invoice, the box of the goods, the packaging, standard accessories, and other products gifted with the goods must be returned complete and undamaged.

CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
According to the legislation, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the Seller.

• Products prepared according to the Buyer’s wishes or personal needs.

• Products whose protective elements such as packaging, seals, or packages have been opened after delivery.

• Products that are not suitable for health and hygiene.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The responsibility for the goods or services sold under the Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts belongs to the Seller. The Seller will provide all possible support for the resolution of complaints.

In disputes arising from this Distance Selling Agreement; the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized for disputes up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade each year, while Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding the specified value.

PRICE OF THE GOODS / SERVICES
The cash or installment sale price of the goods is specified in the order form and is the price indicated in the information email and invoice content. Discounts, coupons, and shipping fees are reflected in the sale price.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
In case of default by the Buyer in transactions made with a credit card, the relevant bank may collect the debt through legal means.

NOTIFICATIONS AND EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
All correspondence between the parties shall be made via email as specified at www.gazelli.com.tr.

EFFECTIVENESS
This agreement has come into effect upon electronic approval by the Buyer.
