INFORMATION ON THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal information may be processed within the framework explained below by GAZELLİ SAAT VE MÜCEVHER (Mehmet Mustafa KÜRÜK).
The purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data; Your Personal Data is processed in a limited, proportionate, and necessary manner for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes in accordance with the law and good faith. In accordance with the Tax Procedure Law, it is necessary to issue an invoice for the goods and services you receive, to provide information related to advertising promotion campaigns via electronic communication under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and to process your shopping details within the legal limits for the reasons required by the relevant legislation and the company's operations to offer you higher quality products and services.
Transfer of Personal Data:
Your Personal Data may be transferred to administrative and official authorities that are legally required to receive them, due to legal obligations, and within the legal limits to our group companies, business partners located domestically or abroad with whom we cooperate to carry out our activities, and third parties from whom we receive services both domestically and internationally.
Method of Collecting Your Personal Data:
Your personal data is collected from you due to your status as a store customer for the purpose of maintaining accounting records, creating shopping history, and providing services suitable for your requests, and is stored in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK; By applying to us, you have the right to know whether your personal data is being processed;
a) Learn whether it is processed, b) Request information if it has been processed, c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, ç) Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/internationally, d) Request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly, e) Request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, f) Request notification of the transactions carried out in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom it has been transferred, g) Object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively through automated systems, ğ) You have the right to request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.
To exercise your rights:
Complaints made by Data Owners whose Personal Data is processed by GAZELLİ SAAT VE MÜCEVHER (Mehmet Mustafa KÜRÜK) will be responded to and concluded by our company as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.
The Data Owner may submit their requests and complaints to GAZELLİ SAAT VE MÜCEVHER (Mehmet Mustafa KÜRÜK) company, either in person or through a proxy with a notarized power of attorney, applications made via notary, and to registered electronic mail addresses using a secure electronic signature.
