USER AGREEMENT

Parties 1.1. This user agreement ("User Agreement") is made between Mehmet Mustafa KÜRÜK - Gazelli Saat ve Mücevher (“Gazelli”), registered at Fener Mh. Tekelioğlu Cd. No:27/A Muratpaşa/ANTALYA, and the User (“User”), to determine the conditions for the User's use of the services offered by Gazelli.

1.2. When you create your account, the information you provide must be accurate and complete. The User declares and undertakes to indemnify Gazelli for all damages it may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information immediately and in full.

1.3. Gazelli and the User will be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties" in this User Agreement.

Subject 2.1. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using Gazelli Services, you are deemed to have accepted the User Service Conditions, Information Text & Privacy Policy.

Age Restriction and Membership Conditions 3.1. You may only use Gazelli if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, meaning you must have legal capacity.

3.2. Additionally, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or access Gazelli in any way.

Intellectual Property Rights 4.1. All products and any copies thereof available on Gazelli, as well as all titles, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights related to them, are owned by Gazelli or its licensors.

4.2. Gazelli and its contents are protected by national and international laws, copyright agreements, and contracts. Reproduction or presentation of these materials without prior permission from Gazelli and its representatives is prohibited. All rights not expressly stated herein are reserved by Gazelli.

Protection of Personal Data 6.1. Gazelli will not transfer or disclose any personal data it learns, obtains, or will obtain from the User under this Agreement to third parties without the prior explicit written consent of the User.

6.2. Gazelli will process personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement and will retain it in a limited and measured manner related to this purpose. The data will be destroyed when the commercial relationship ends or the purpose of use ceases to exist.

6.3. Gazelli will take the necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unlawful access, and to ensure the security of the data.

6.4. Users' personal data may only be transferred in accordance with the requested subject, in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

6.5. The User agrees and undertakes to immediately notify Gazelli in the event of unauthorized access to the personal data transferred by Gazelli.

Prohibited Uses 7.1. The User may not use Gazelli in a manner that is illegal or immoral.

7.2. Gazelli may share the user's information with authorized authorities when necessary.

7.3. The security of the username and password is entirely the responsibility of the User. The User is obligated to ensure the security of this information.

7.4. Malicious and unjustly beneficial transactions cannot be conducted on Gazelli.

Applicable Law 8.1. This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya shall have jurisdiction.

Termination 9.1. The Parties may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Promotions 10.1. Campaigns and advantages offered through Gazelli may be organized under separate rules from this agreement.

Warranty 11.1. Gazelli provides its services as is and does not guarantee suitability for a particular purpose.

Force Majeure 12.1. Gazelli cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure such as strikes, wars, terrorist acts, and natural disasters.

Other Provisions 13.1. Gazelli reserves the right to update this agreement and related policies.
