Cancellation and Return Conditions
All products are under the warranty of the authorized Distributor or Importer company.
You can return within 14 days from the date your cargo reaches you, and exchange within 30 days.
Returns and exchanges of damaged, used, unboxed products, or those missing warranty documents and accessories are absolutely not accepted.
Please open and check packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the cargo official. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product without having the cargo company prepare a report. Please remember that by accepting the product after delivery, you acknowledge that the cargo company has fully performed its duty.
Returns of used, damaged, etc. products are not accepted.
If there is any problem with the product when your order reaches you, you must inform us at info@gazelli.com.tr on the same day. Our customer representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
For return and exchange processes, you can send it as “Cash on Delivery” with our contracted cargo company MNG Kargo .
The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to them and to compensate for the loss of commercial value due to use, if applicable. If the customer returns the product or cancels their purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) business days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The refund for the product to the credit card will be made within 10 business days.
For any defects that may arise after the product reaches the customer, the authorized service centers of the manufacturer should be contacted.
Refunds for wire transfers and credit card refunds will be made within 7 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the warning “Cancelled” appears regarding your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the wire transfer to. Refunds made for installment sales will be reflected by your bank as a positive balance on your credit card every month.

Right of Exchange
You can exchange the product you received, without damaging or using it, within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt, through MNG Kargo free of charge. At the same time, you must inform us at info@gazelli.com.tr that you wish to make an exchange.
